Create a Private Link for a Report

Share your art and its information privately with collectors, galleries or contacts. You can create Private Links for Reports, Creations or Collections. A passcode can be added to the link for extra privacy.

Follow these steps to learn how to create a private link for a report:

Share your art and its information privately with collectors, galleries or contacts. You can create private links for collections, creations or reports. A passcode can be added to the link for extra privacy. 

Follow these steps to learn how to create a private link for a report:

1. Select Reports and then View your Reports from the main menu.
2. Select Share Privately from the Actions dropdown menu for the report you would like to share.
3. Enter the private link title and choose the details you wish to share about your report. You have the option to add a passcode to your link for extra security.
4. Select Save Link.
5. Copy the link url or open the link to view it. 
6. Share your link via email or private message.
7. Save.

Your link will remain in the Share Privately section (which can be found in the main menu) until you delete it.
